1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lodi291e ("lodi291e," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the lodi291e online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at lodi291e.net (the "Platform").

lodi291e reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active lodi291e account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited. lodi291e employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lodi291e reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your lodi291e account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. lodi291e is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lodi291e login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your lodi291e login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your lodi291e account – whether or not authorized by you – is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify lodi291e support immediately. lodi291e will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

lodi291e is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before activating certain account features. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. lodi291e reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

lodi291e accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. lodi291e does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Deposits are generally credited to your lodi291e wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. lodi291e is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are as stated on the Platform at the time of the request. lodi291e aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on lodi291e are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). lodi291e does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lodi291e offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all lodi291e promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. lodi291e reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the lodi291e Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

lodi291e uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels under controlled studio conditions. lodi291e does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, lodi291e reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. lodi291e's decision in such matters is final. lodi291e is not liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodi291e Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one lodi291e account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gameplay.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lodi291e Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the lodi291e Platform without the prior written consent of lodi291e.

10. Limitation of Liability

lodi291e's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi291e account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by lodi291e

lodi291e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if lodi291e reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, lodi291e reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including real-money funds and bonus funds, subject to applicable law.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your lodi291e account at any time by contacting lodi291e customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

12. Amendments to These Terms

lodi291e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lodi291e will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. If a dispute cannot be resolved through lodi291e's internal dispute resolution process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits lodi291e's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.
